Bristol based independent mobility specialists TVM Cheltenham Ltd has been awarded Which? Trusted Trader status after completing the consumer champion’s rigorous vetting procedure that recognises and endorses reputable companies.

TVM Cheltenham Ltd supply, fit and maintain a high-quality selection of home mobility products and assistive technologies to enable improved independent living and better mobility for their customers, in domestic and commercial environments.

CEO and Founder Kevin O’Leary says that due to an increased demand for access to bespoke mobility solutions for clients in private and public sector organisations, TVM Cheltenham Ltd continues to experience year-on-year growth.

“Offering a personal approach to each one of our clients, to meet with and provide the right solutions for their needs, stands as testament to the company’s success since we began trading in 2000. We are extremely proud to be endorsed by the UK’s largest independent consumer organisation which aligns closely with our company values. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the TVM team for their continued commitment and delivery of excellent customer service.”

Which? Trusted Trader (www.whichtraders.co.uk) is a free-to-use service that helps consumers find local, endorsed traders. Every Which? Trusted Trader must undergo rigorous assessment procedures, which includes credit and customer reference checks, and a visit from a Which? Trusted Traders assessor. The visit includes an assessment of various aspects of the business such as administrative processes, documentation and complaints procedure.

“Having gained the Trusted Trader endorsement inspires our plans to expand further business growth into the private market during 2017, and continue to maintain TVM’s social service contracts at the highest level,” added Kevin.
